Winston is equipped with more than 20 years of marketing and business development, strategic management and fund raising experiences in South East Asia and China. His career spans across hands-on experiences from different industries in food and beverage, packaging, industrial safety, retail marketing, media, to commercial graphics and computer distribution. Most recently, Winston was responsible for driving the value adding and risk management initiative in the post investment activity of a successful foreign private equity fund which invested in Chinese enterprises like Suntec and Little Sheep.
Throughout his career, Winston has opened up new markets, launched new products, built major accounts, pioneered new strategic processes, developed new businesses and bred strategic ideas from conceptualization to commercialization.

Winner of the first 3M Global Sales and Marketing Professionalism Award for successfully developed a new market in an innovative approach.

Critical member in turning around Tetra Pak China multi-million dollar business and was instrumental in transforming the dairy industry in China, Directly influencing the consumption behaviour and drastically increased the size of the market.

Led the most significant and innovative marketing campaign for Kedi across its 1,600 convenient stores that delivered measureable marketing results.

Winston was often invited as a speaker or a panelist in many occasions, including IMD Lausanne, UCLA-NUS, CCFA and ChinaVenture. Winston holds a BBA degree from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from U21Global.

Josephine is an accomplished, focused and visionary professional offering more than 20 years of expertise and experience across Asia. Throughout her luminous career, Josephine has created new markets, launched new products, developed new brands and business strategies, implemented market research for market feasibility decisions, managed major events, developed new businesses and also bred creative ideas from concept to commercialization. Her initiatives span from the telecommunication, computer, consulting and marketing services industries.
Among her most significant achievements, Josephine spearheaded the cross functional team of experts in Motorola to successfully lobby and open up the first-of-its-kind consumer walkie-talkie market, building a new category of business throughout Asia Pacific ahead of all other competitions. In her career, she excelled in developing win-win partnerships, building rapport and influencing others to work together to achieve goals and leading cross-functional teams. During her 10 years of career with Motorola, Josephine was recognized for her outstanding contribution by winning the Annual Asia Pacific Peak Performers Award.
Josephine co-founded Noesis Consulting with Winston Nyo, providing integrated, creative and experiential marketing to both B2B and B2C clients in FMCG, retailing, health, technology, environmental and industrial products.
