Market Entry into the South Africa and South America

CLIENT: TIANBAO PV ENERGY

Background

TianBao is a joint venture with a focus on manufacturing, marketing and research and development of solar photovoltaic (PV) energy products and systems. Tian Bao has successfully marketed solar cells and solar modules to solar farms around the world.

 

Their Needs

In engaging Noesis, besides revamping its current corporate image to have an international brand image, Tian Bao would also like to develop a complete Integrated Marketing Communication kit to enter the consumer markets in Africa and South America.

 

Our Value

Together with the management team of TianBao, Noesis developed the new vision and mission statement while giving a new face-lift to the corporate identity. With the new CI, Noesis went on to carry out the entire conceptualization of a new brand – namely Solarviva, with its personality and identity that is designed to target at Africa and South America consumers. Noesis developed a complete visual identity kit and applications for Solarviva, with marketing and promotional materials that can be easily implemented in the different countries in the southern hemisphere. Noesis also assisted TianBao in establishing initial contacts with potential African business partners at the Shanghai World Expo for the purpose of business development. Today, TianBao has successfully entered into some countries in Africa.

Launching Motion-sensing Interactive Gaming in China

CLIENT: 3DiJOY

Background

3DiJoy is in the business of developing and producing experiential and interactive computer games.

 

Their Needs

As a start-up company in the gaming industry, 3DiJoy needed to focus its resources on getting the business up and running. They wanted to outsource all their marketing needs to a reliable and experienced professional so that they can quickly tap into the resources of an established network that could manage their dynamic requirement. 3DiJoy needed a responsive and flexible organization to support them in kicking off a new business.

From designing the company logo, product packaging, premiums, manuals, membership card, brochures, posters, point of sales displays, website to drawing up marketing plans, we aimed to get consumers to experience 3DiJoy in a consistent and synergistic manner, engaged in 3DiJoy's games and have a deep impression of 3DiJoy's eMooove brand.

Launching of New Corporate Identity

CLIENT: SHANGHAI PETROCHEMICAL

Background

SECCO Petrochemical is a US$2.7billion Anglo-Chinese partnership between BP, Sinopec and Shanghai Petrochemical Company (SPC) and has been in operation since 2005.

 

Their Needs

Being an Anglo-Chinese partnership, SECCO wanted to bring together the best practices of BP, Sinopec and SPC. SECCO required a cultural change, where employees can be instilled with new work philosophy and be motivated through corporate recognition of their achievements. This was the first time SECCO would be carrying out a corporate-wide change management program that involved 400 offices workers and 800 site workers.

 

Our Value

Noesis believes in the co-existence of "opposites" if and when it is harness well – the philosophy of paradox. Noesis strives to bring both opposites to a common purpose and achieve desired results from each perspective. Riding on the marketing philosophy of Attention/Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action (AIDA), "Penta-Star Award" was conceptualized. From naming and giving meaning to the awards, to designing 3D icons, promotional emails, canteen table displays and gifts and finally sourcing for prizes and trophies, Noesis created a campaign to generate interest and participation. The campaign had gotten close to 400 employees to participate, almost 4 times the original expectation.

Launching of New Corporate Identity

CLIENT: ASAHI GLASS COMPANY 

Background

AGC is the world's largest specialty glass manufacturer with operations in over 20 countries.

 

Their Needs

As a newly consolidated group, AGC wanted to showcase their new single corporate identity and develop new customers in the China market; China Glass Exhibition provided a great platform to effectively target their customer base.

 

Our Value

Noesis first started on its conceptual creativity through aligning AGC's past exhibition preference and new corporate identity together with their exhibition objectives. We wanted to create an experiential booth that would take visitors into the world of AGC and help them better understand their business and new global identity. This idea was then developed into a strategic design of a 8*6 meter glass wall and a 6 meter glass curtain wall; instantaneously transforming AGC's exhibition booth into a reality gallery that depicted real outdoor and office buildings. Also, in order to further enhance visitor's experience, Noesis strategically utilized AGC's blue corporate color with a touch of red, representative of AGC's past transcending into the future. As a final touch to the physical landscape, Noesis produced an informative video to engage visitors and help them gain a deeper understanding of AGC's product benefits. The exhibition found 500 interested customers.

Revitalize Interest for Newly Returned Old Brand

CLIENT: DISNEY ON ICE

Background

Disney on Ice is a world acclaimed ice-skating show that showcase famous Disney characters such as Nemo, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Beauty and the Beast and many more.

 

Their Needs

Returning to Shanghai after five years, Disney On Ice needed a reliable marketing professional to create an inventive road show that could stir up interest for their newest installation of Disney on Ice – Princess Wishes show. They wanted an innovative team that was familiar with the local conditions and consumers so as to create a fun filled activity campaign to attract more consumers and drive ticket sales.

 

Our Value

Applying the marketing concept AIDA – Noesis developed a series of activities and strategic collaboration, designed to raise customers' Attention, increase their Interest, build a Desire to watch DOI and finally, provide a motivation for the actual ticket purchasing Action. During this process, Noesis was responsible for the entire program conceptualizing, business partner and location negotiation, booth designing and implementation of the four-day road show. Strategic collaboration with Toys'R'Us that leveraged on their shared customer profile with Disney was also crucial in generating the large human traffic to the road show. In addition, interactive games such as a coloring competition, treasure hunt (collaboration with Toy'R'Us) and photo-taking activity with Disney's Cinderella was also successful in attracting over 500 children participation and more than 40 local press coverage.

Background

Dynamedia is in the business of providing the state of the art out-of-home advertising media network services across China.

 

Their Needs

After 2 years as a new start-up bringing a new technology into the China market, Dynamedia needed a knowledgeable business consultant to drive customers' development initiatives and transform the organization to be more sales and marketing oriented. At the same time, they needed consultative support in investors' relationship management and new business development. Dynamedia believes that the organization should focus on their core competency, technological and operational development, while engaging a sophisticated and experienced marketing professional organization to "short circuit" their marketing expertise.

Engaging Customers to New Product Ideas

CLIENT: TETRA PAK

Background

Tetra Pak is the leader in food packaging and processing. Its business operates in 150 markets and employs over 20,000 people.

 

Their Needs

Tetra Pak prides itself in working with customers and suppliers to deliver innovative and best solutions based on consumer needs. To reach out to a new group of consumers, Tetra Pak planned to re-introduce their classic packaging, tetrahedron packages, in new sizes. They needed a unique concept selling kit to promote the new packaging to their customers.

Our Value

Using the Dumpling festival as a platform, Noesis conceptualized and designed a 3-dimensional concept-selling kit cum festive gift, and sent them to all levels of Tetra Pak's customers. We tapped on the tetrahedron shape of the dumpling to produce a customized gift completed with actual dumplings and tetrahedron packages printed with different beverage ideas and brands that were specific to the customers. By engaging in Tetra Pak's intention and creating value for them, we engaged their customers in their products and led to sales of the new packaging system.

CLIENT: RICHCO

Background

Richco is a manufacturer of specialized quality plastic fasteners, wire management devices, circuit board hardware, and custom components. They currently have 17 factories worldwide.

 

Their Needs

As B2B Company, Richco chose to use the tradeshow as a platform to expand their customer base and promote more products. Richco needed a marketing partner who could understand their business and provide designs for both the booth and collaterals, which could effectively communicate their product features, benefits and applications with a marketing perspective.
